In this 1.5 hr event, Modulate Music presented all new music live alongside a series of Yin Yoga postures.
Modulate Music @ La Mama
For this event at the iconic La Mama Courthouse Theatre, Modulate Music took the listener on an immersive experience combining sound, meditation and deep reflection. Using pre-recorded sound, live violin and voice to guide the listener, this event explored the role awareness plays in the experience of body, sound and mind.

Deepening Connection with Ingrid Jolley and Isabel Hede
In this event Isabel and Ingrid presented a series of restorative yoga postures, meditation practices with interludes of new live music specifically designed to deepen connection with oneself and others. All the proceeds to this event went to the One Heart Foundation, a foundation working to bring education and aid to orphaned children in Kenya. Held on International Women's Day at Long Play in Fitzroy North, Melbourne, Modulate Music presented as a part of “From Her We Hear”. In this workshop Isabel and Ingrid guided the listener through an immersive experience of restorative yoga and meditation with musical interludes of curated pre-recorded and live music created especially for the event. This workshop explored the power of attention directed to the breath, body, sounds and the mind, with the support of deeply relaxing postures and music.
